Branch Manager

Experience: 3- 4 years in loan sales - Loan Against Property

Min 2 years as a Branch Manager - LAP, handling branch....

Location: Gandhinagar

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch sales and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales and customer service targets.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
