Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Kochi office. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the team, driving business growth, ensuring service excellence, and leading a high-performing team to meet business goals and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations in line with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee branch operations including counselling, admissions, documentation, and customer service.

· Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve business targets.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance student recruitment and meet branch revenue goals.

· Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and sub-agents.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

· Analyze branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

· Ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities at the branch level.

· Handle escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.

· Manage branch expenses and budgets efficiently.

· Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.

· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the overseas education / study abroad / service industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

· Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa procedures preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
