Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Branch Manager located in Jammikunta. The Senior Branch Manager will be responsible for leading branch operations, managing customer relationships, overseeing loan disbursements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include developing business strategies, managing a team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working towards achieving the branch's financial goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in loan disbursement and customer relationship management Ability to develop and implement business strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the housing finance sector Proven track record of achieving financial targets Proficiency in using financial software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
