Job Tittle: Branch Manager (Education Industry) Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experienced Required: Min. 5 - 8 years in same Industry Job Description: Manage all aspects of branch operations, including but not limited to sales, customer service, administration, and business development. Monitor and analyze market trends. Collaborate with online and offline marketing teams to generate walk-ins. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and meet business targets. Manage and motivate a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Providing mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development. Maintain strong relationships with clients. Foster a positive and productive work environment and maintain open communication with all team members. Responsible for individual and branch targets. Attend Walkins and take expert and fresh calls. Meeting university delegates in the branch Taking end to end responsibility when there is an event in the branch. Looking at lead allocation for all services Over viewing and balancing workload between team members Ensuring 100% conversions in case of a Walkin Ensuring the team is meeting a minimum of 80% given target.
