Job Opening : Branch Manager

Experience Required:

Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in the
food industry
(Sweets / Bakery / QSR / Food Retail preferred / Retail & Super Markets Etc.,)

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Degree Mandatory
Food-related qualification preferred
(Food Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery or equivalent)

Joining Requirement:

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure
food safety, hygiene standards, and FSSAI compliance
Control
stock, wastage, shrinkage, and inventory variance
Lead, train, and supervise branch staff
Deliver
excellent customer service
and uphold brand image
Monitor
billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily sales reports
Achieve
monthly sales targets and profitability
Coordinate with
Corporate Office, Production, and Logistics teams
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
Ensure compliance with
company SOPs, HR policies, and audit norms

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and people management skills
Sound knowledge of food operations and hygiene standards
Operational and financial discipline
Effective communication and reporting ability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
