Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, inventory management, and staff supervision. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Sweets, Savories, Bakers and confectionery - Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Huge Quantity, Managerial Skills oriented Candidature Needed. Export and Import knowledge is also preferred.
