Role Description

Belstar Microfinance Limited is seeking a full-time Branch Manager for an on-site role in Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, Virudhunagar District Branches. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage loan disbursement and recovery processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Responsibilities include leading a team, developing business strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving branch financial targets.

Qualifications

Experience in financial management, loan processing, and risk assessment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Understanding of microfinance and rural banking operations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skill
