📌 Job Description (JD):
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager’s to lead and drive Micro LAP & Branch collections across our allocated geo. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in mortgage product & collections with a strong understanding of legal & technical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Open Mraket LAP portfolios across assigned locations.
Monitor and drive performance of teams.
Monthly targets.
Strategize and implement sales plans to minimize delinquencies.
Analyze Sales portfolio trends and provide MIS/reporting to senior management.
Conduct regular field visits and support.
Ensure 100% compliance with audit and regulatory guidelines.
🎯 Job Requirements (JO):
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in mortgage/home loan/LAP products.
Strong understanding of sales process and recovery tools.
Proven experience in Sales team management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the geo.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
