Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager at FEI Cargo Ltd in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end operations, business development, client relationships, team performance, and P&L of the branch. Our offices across India maintain high standards and serve a robust clientele across air and sea cargo. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage overall branch operations, including air/sea import & export shipments. - Ensure efficient and compliant handling of all freight forwarding and customs clearance processes. - Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships. - Ensure timely execution of shipments, documentation, billing, and collections. - Monitor and achieve branch revenue, profitability, and growth targets. - Supervise and mentor a team of operations, documentation, and sales staff. - Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and customs officials as needed. - Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Provide timely reports and updates to senior management. **Key Requirements:** - Experience: Minimum 20 years in Freight Forwarding / CHA industry. - Leadership: At least 3 years as a Branch Manager or Deputy Branch Manager. - Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of either air or sea freight import/export processes, documentation, and regulations. - Team Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written English. - Tech-savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, ERP/CRM systems used in logistics. - Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.
