✅ Eligibility / Must-Have Criteria
8–10 years of experience (preferably from EdTech / Education sector)
Strong expertise in B2C Sales, Admissions, Educational Sales & Marketing
Proven ability in Team Leadership & Customer Engagement (Parents & Students)
Strong network with schools, institutions & colleges for partnerships
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (South Indian regional language is mandatory)
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
Drive branch sales & admissions to achieve business targets
Plan & execute local marketing and outreach initiatives
Manage the entire student lifecycle – Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support
Build strong relationships with schools, conduct seminars, workshops & events
Mentor, guide & train branch teams on products & services
Identify new market opportunities in both B2B & B2C segments
Ensure effective branch operations, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction
Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue & monitor competition
Represent AESL in community & corporate events to build market share
