Branch HR (Kolkata)
Role: Manage end-to-end HR functions at the branch, ensuring effective HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and alignment with company policies and recruitment goals. Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment and onboarding processes, handling all recruitment activities smoothly
Manage employee grievances timely and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
Utilize HRMS, Excel, and reporting tools to track HR metrics and generate reports
Support people management through performance tracking, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to maintain a productive workplace environment
Requirements:
Bachelors degree with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HRMS systems, Excel, and reporting tools
Experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and maintaining confidentiality
