Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Kochi. The Branch Head will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs, manage staff, and maintain compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Head Office, managing budget and resources, driving business growth, and ensuring student satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining a high standard of student services and resolving any administrative issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams and leadership skills
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and problem-solving
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently
• Knowledge in language assessment tests and training programs
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, or a related field
