Company Description Rao’s Academy for Competitive Exams (a unit of RACE) was established in April 2022 and is dedicated to preparing UPSC and TGPSC & APPSC aspirants for their challenging examinations. The academy offers comprehensive courses designed to help students succeed in the Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages of these competitive exams. We aim to provide in-depth value additions through our tailored programs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Branch Head at RAO'S ACADEMY for Competitive Exams. The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing faculty and staff, implementing academic programs, and ensuring high-quality education delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, handling administrative tasks, and addressing any issues that arise to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch. Qualifications Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills Experience in academic administration and faculty management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of UPSC and MPPSC exam patterns and preparation strategies Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field
