Branch Head

As a Branch Head, you will play a crucial role in leading a result-oriented team to manage the Branch Profitability, ensure high-quality service, and oversee Customer Relationship Management. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team to achieve Branch Targets through business generation and cross sales - Managing Key Customer Relationships and supervising High Net Worth customer programs - Ensuring all components of the branch sales model function effectively - Handling customer complaints and reviewing Branch Operations reports - Coordinating with Marketing for branch merchandising at the product level - Reviewing vault register, suspense & dummy accounts for accuracy - Ensuring compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures - Periodically reviewing progress vs. objectives and ensuring clarity of Business objectives among staff To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong Sales and Marketing skills - Effective Team Management abilities - Interpersonal & Influencing skills - Proficiency in Relationship Management - Knowledge of the Banking Industry & Financial Markets This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your leadership skills and industry knowledge will be instrumental in driving the branch's success.,
