Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day branch functions across sales, service, and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, MIS, and operational records.

2. Business Development & Growth

  • Drive branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Track market dynamics and competitor activities to strengthen market presence.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Enhance customer engagement with value-driven solutions.

4. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support skill development.
  • Foster collaboration and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

5. Financial Management

  • Manage branch P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial statements and adherence to financial compliance.

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and share periodic reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and sales outcomes.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify improvement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    Proven background in sales, branch operations, and customer management, preferably in Machine Tools, Capital Goods, or related sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Understanding of CNC machine manufacturing will be preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated success in sales strategy, business development, and market expansion.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
