Branch Head

As the Sales and Marketing Center Manager, you will be responsible for taking full control of the allotted center. This includes overseeing School outreach, lead collection, calling, and admission processes. You will be the primary point of contact between the Center and various HO departments such as Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day business operations, coordinating with HO and other functions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales and marketing staff at the allotted center under the guidance of the Centre Business Head or Business Partner. - Drive business growth by increasing School Outreach, implementing BTL activities, developing Marketing plans, and conducting Seminars in the assigned territory. - Visit the allocated center as and when required to ensure smooth operations and support the team. - Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management to meet the business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the education sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets and business objectives. - Willingness to travel as per job requirements and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
