Branch Head - Raipur

Role Overview: As a Branch Head, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets at a micro level, drive market penetration, and enhance service standards to increase visibility and goodwill among channel partners and distributors. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding untapped channel partners, as well as ensuring branch profitability and meeting training needs. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets and increase market share of the branch compared to the industry by maximizing business in the allotted territory through distribution channels such as IFAs, Banks, PSU, and NDs. - Empanel and activate untapped and potential channel partners to expand business reach. - Manage and maximize business from client relationships by developing and maintaining relationships with retail clients, providing information, and ensuring a high volume of business from clients in the assigned territory. - Identify and engage new distribution channel partners by developing relationships and providing timely and relevant information on schemes and the industry. - Monitor compliance to ensure high alignment with systems and practices, ensuring all regulations and statutory compliances are met and assisting channel partners in compliance adherence. - Oversee branch administration, monitor branch issues, and ensure smooth delivery of services to clients by facilitating branch operations, administration, operations, and client servicing standards. - Provide relevant reports to management for the assigned territory by furnishing sales reports of the branch to Cluster & Zonal Head. - Manage and monitor team members for better productivity by facilitating regular training, guidance, and development, ensuring AMFI Certification of team members, monitoring performance of RMs on a monthly basis, and taking corrective measures if achievements deviate from the required standards.
