Branch Head

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Panchkula. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the business & operations of the branch, ensuring student enrolment targets are met, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing business policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing academic and administrative activities, planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing staff and resources, and fostering a productive and collaborative environment. The Branch Head will also work closely with the central management team to align branch goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and achieving enrolment targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with edtech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement marketing initiatives and business policies
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the test-prep or educational sector is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
