This is a remote position.

Kaarlo is looking for a creative and passionate college student to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Intern!

About the Role

In this exciting work-from-home internship, youll play a key role in creating engaging and impactful content for our social media channels. Youll be responsible for developing a variety of visual assets, including posters, Reels & Shorts, and longer-form videos. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in social media marketing, video editing, and animation while contributing to the growth of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching and informative posters for social media campaigns and product launches.

Create engaging Reels & Shorts for Instagram and YouTube shorts following current trends and challenges.

Edit existing video footage to create compelling stories and highlight our products or services.

Develop original video concepts and scripts (optional, depending on experience).

Experiment with basic animation techniques to create dynamic visuals for social media.

Stay up-to-date on social media trends and platforms relevant to Kaarlo.

Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content.

Monitor social media engagement and provide insights to refine our strategy.

Requirements

College student with a strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.

Highly creative with a knack for developing engaging visuals and storytelling.

Proficient in design software like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (a plus).

Basic understanding of animation principles (a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Committed to deadlines and passionate about delivering high-quality work.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and contribute to the companys growth.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a WFH environment.
