Job Description

As a Branch Manager at the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Mohali branch. Your role will include managing sales, operations, and client relationships to ensure the branch meets its targets and revenue goals. You will need to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a team to achieve individual and collective objectives. Monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to company-wide initiatives will be crucial aspects of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the overall operations of the Mohali branch, including sales, operations, and client management - Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns - Lead and motivate the branch team, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay competitive - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects - Prepare and present reports on branch performance, including sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses - Stay updated with industry developments, market conditions, and customer preferences - Collaborate with other branches and departments to foster a cohesive work environment **Qualifications Required:** - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in a similar role, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Proficiency in English language - Knowledge of immigration processes and IELTS would be an added advantage - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team - Solid understanding of operations management - Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies - Good organizational and multitasking skills,
