Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Head to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management and leadership roles. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
