Job Description

Novartis India is looking for BPA Senior Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
