About the Role The R&D Tax Senior Executive will be responsible for the delivery of R&D tax relief services to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the UK R&D tax incentives and regulations, the ability to lead client engagements along with senior support, in delivering high-quality R&D claims. The R&D Tax Senior Executive will work closely with clients across various industries to identify and document eligible R&D activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines and maximizing tax relief opportunities. Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in R&D tax, either in an advisory or in-house role. Experience working with clients across a variety of sectors (e.g., life science, technology, engineering) is highly desirable. Your role will involve working with fast-growing technology and life science startup businesses looking to expand internationally, specifically moving to or from the U.S. or UK. Your responsibilities will include providing transfer pricing planning and operating model structuring advice for inter-company dealings, as well as offering transfer pricing compliance services to large/mid-sized MNCs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing transfer pricing advisory or consulting services to MNCs in structuring their transfer pricing operating models - Analyzing financial statements of entities in detail to identify transfer pricing issues - Assisting MNCs in implementing transfer pricing operating models and day-to-day operationalization from an accounting perspective - Conducting functional interviews with department heads of MNCs - Performing and reviewing different types of benchmarking analyses using global databases/tools - Handling global transfer pricing documentation for MNCs including preparation of Country-by-Country Reports, Master Files, and Local Files - Utilizing MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Researching complex transfer pricing related technical areas - Drafting technical memorandum and client advice via emails **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India - 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in global transfer pricing - Prior experience working within a professional consulting services firm - Strong analytical ability and attention to detail - Target driven and customer/client focused - Solutions focused mindset - Good communication skills and ability to train juniors - Ability to liaise closely with other teams within FD for smooth account management and exceptional client service,
