Job Role: BOTT Procurement & Reporting Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore -Hybrid

Job details

Ensure all demand received by the Team is addressed proactively, using SAP Ariba /Coupa and following the approval matrix.
Raise Purchase Requests & Purchase Orders using SAP (ARIBA), coordinating with approvers to ensure timely PO releases within agreed timeframes.
Maintain accurate P2P Team records; produce regular reports on demand/input through the Team and present at Team meetings.
Utilize Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key P2P metrics such as PR/PO status, invoice aging, vendor performance, and demand trends. Use visual analytics to drive insights and optimize process efficiency.
Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports for internal stakeholders, including FP&A and Digital Leadership, to support monthly and ad hoc governance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure efficient invoice processing, working with Accounts Payable/Finance to resolve queries and prevent impacts on the business's credit rating due to late payments.
Create the Statement of Objectives (SOO - internal contracts) with internal leaders to capture project and financial objectives.
Maintain and enhance the 'Purchase to Pay' process, policies, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT Asset Management).
Capability to work independently, meeting strict deadlines.
