Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Manage invoices, billing, and vendor payments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable).
• Support management with financial analysis and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
