Role Overview: - Shift Timings: 01pm to 10pm - Mode of Work: Work from Office Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and financial reports for accurate financial tracking. - Maintain the general ledger to ensure precision in all journal entries. - Prepare and analyze financial statements to comply with company policies and regulations. - Assist in tax preparation and filings such as GST/VAT filings for India or other tax filings for US-based roles. - Ensure financial processes adhere to local regulations and support internal or external audits. - Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and projections for financial planning. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3 to 5 years in bookkeeping or a similar role. - Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, Tally) and MS Office. Knowledge of accounting principles. - Knowledge of regulations: - For US-based roles: Understanding of GAAP and tax regulations. - For India-based roles: Familiarity with Indian tax laws, GST, PF Filing, and local regulations. - Attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.,
