We are hiring a Bookkeeper to join our growing India team!

Based in our Bengaluru office, you’ll work closely with our Australian Accounting & Business Advisory team and be part of a high-performing, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process

  Accounts Payable

  : enter and manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records
• Manage

  Accounts Receivable

  : generate client invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Run

  Payroll processing

  : calculate employee payments, apply correct tax deductions, and maintain payroll records
• Perform

  Bank Reconciliation

  : match bank statements with internal records, resolve discrepancies
• Prepare

  Financial Reports

  : assist in compiling management reports, support budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure

  Tax Compliance

  : support the preparation of BAS, PAYG, and ensure adherence to tax and regulatory standards
• Maintain clean and accurate general ledger and financial records

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years’ experience in Australian bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support
• Hands-on experience with Xero (essential)
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-border teams
