Based in our Bengaluru office, you’ll work closely with our Australian Accounting & Business Advisory team and be part of a high-performing, collaborative environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Process Accounts Payable : enter and manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records Manage Accounts Receivable : generate client invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables Run Payroll processing : calculate employee payments, apply correct tax deductions, and maintain payroll records Perform Bank Reconciliation : match bank statements with internal records, resolve discrepancies Prepare Financial Reports : assist in compiling management reports, support budgeting and forecasting Ensure Tax Compliance : support the preparation of BAS, PAYG, and ensure adherence to tax and regulatory standards Maintain clean and accurate general ledger and financial records What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years’ experience in Australian bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support Hands-on experience with Xero (essential) Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-border teams What You’ll Get: Competitive salary + hybrid work flexibility Exposure to international accounting operations and systems Career development with a global company Supportive leadership and opportunities to grow into more senior finance roles A values-driven culture focused on ownership, innovation, performance and people Why Join Prime Financial India? As a Senior Accountant at Prime Financial India, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Australian Managers and Partners, contributing to the success of the global financial group.
