Join us for Mumbai's premier literary celebration! We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make the 2025 Mumbai Book Fair a resounding success. Volunteer Roles Available

Sales Team

• Assist customers with book selections and purchases
• Handle point-of-sale transactions
• Manage inventory and book displays
• Provide information about featured titles and authors

Events Coordination

• Support author readings, book launches, and panel discussions
• Assist with stage setup and crowd management
• Coordinate with speakers and performers
• Help manage event schedules and logistics

Operations Support

• Oversee daily setup and breakdown activities
• Manage visitor flow and crowd control
• Handle general inquiries and provide directions
• Assist with security and safety protocols
• Support technical requirements for various activities

Bills and Accounts

• Process financial transactions accurately
• Maintain sales records and documentation
• Assist with cash handling and reconciliation
• Support administrative tasks related to vendor payments
• Help with daily financial reporting

Commitment

Full-time commitment for the duration of the fair (October 8-12) with daily shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Volunteers may be assigned rotating breaks and specific role responsibilities based on fair requirements.
