Role Description

The Bodyshop Manager role is a full-time position based on-site in Ernakulam. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the body shop department, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, coordinating the body shop and workshop teams, and handling aftersales processes effectively. The position also involves monitoring team performance, ensuring efficient workflow, and implementing process improvements to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction and a commitment to ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in managing Workshops and Body Shops, with a focus on quality service delivery
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in Aftersales processes, with the ability to optimize and improve service procedures
• Leadership and team management abilities to drive results and maintain high performance levels
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with TATA Motors products and services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
