Bodyshop Manager

As a Bodyshop Manager at A.M. MOTORS, your role will involve overseeing daily operations within the body shop to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing tech teams, overseeing repairs, coordinating with insurance companies, and maintaining quality control standards. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure efficient workflow within the workshop and uphold aftersales service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage tech teams and oversee repairs in the body shop - Coordinate with insurance companies for repair claims - Maintain quality control standards for all repair work - Ensure efficient workflow within the workshop - Uphold aftersales service standards to meet customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills - Experience with Workshops and Body Shops - Aftersales service expertise - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to maintain high-quality standards in repair and servicing - Bachelor's degree in Automotive Management or related field - Prior experience in a similar managerial role is advantageous A.M.
