Human Resources Executive

The company also facilitates the exchange and sale of Maruti-certified used cars through its TRUE VALUE division. With fourteen branches across various locations, A.M. MOTORS is headquartered in Malappuram. The workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art servicing and collision-repair equipment, and the service team is trained to provide after-sales service of international standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malappuram for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring overall HR management. Daily tasks include handling recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience with HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and handling employee concerns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with multiple branches
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the automotive sector is a plus
