Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Bodyshop Advisor and Manager based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Bodyshop Advisor and Manger is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of body shops and workshops, ensuring efficiency and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing aftersales services, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising teams, and coordinating repair and maintenance activities. The role also involves effective communication with team members, customers, and vendors to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of body shop and workshop operations, with experience in managing repair and maintenance workflows
• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional aftersales services
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and practices
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in overseeing operations and ensuring quality control
