Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bodyshop Manager role located in Nettoor, Ernakulam. The Bodyshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include managing repairs, coordinating with workshop teams, ensuring efficient aftersales support, and maintaining customer relationships. The manager will also play a key role in optimizing workshop productivity and ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction in automotive services
• Experience in managing workshops and body shops operations effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, teams, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of aftersales processes within the automobile industry
• Leadership and organizational skills to oversee team performance
• Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve processes
• Familiarity with TATA Motors or related automobile brands is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Business Management, or related field is preferred
