Bodyshop Manager

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing Bodyshop operations, ensuring quality repairs, achieving revenue targets, maintaining TAT, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee denting, painting, accident repairs & workflow.
• Manage insurance claims, surveyor coordination & documentation.
• Ensure high-quality repairs and final vehicle inspection.
• Improve TAT, productivity & workshop efficiency.
• Lead and supervise technicians & bodyshop advisors.
• Achieve monthly revenue, profitability & CSI targets.
• Maintain OEM process compliance & safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years experience in Bodyshop operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of body & paint work.
• Good communication, customer handling & team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
