Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Manager located in Chennai. The Used Car Manager will be responsible for managing pre-owned vehicle sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and overseeing sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, coordinating with the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies. The manager will also be responsible for driving the achievement of sales targets and maintaining inventory control. The Bodyshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of repairs. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, coordinating workshop activities, managing aftersales services, and upholding the quality of body shop repairs and processes. The manager will also effectively lead their team, maintain compliance with industry standards, and drive profitability for the business. Qualifications Strong understanding and experience with Workshops and Body Shops operations Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and maintain high service quality Knowledge and expertise in Aftersales services Excellent Communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and customers Familiarity with automotive industry trends and best practices is a plus Prior experience in a management role, particularly in automotive body shops, is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Tamil) is a plus
