Helix ITSM + CMDB:

• Strong experience in administering and configuring BMC ITSM modules Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management, Service Level Management. • Hands-on experience in developing new applications on AR system or Innovation suite and customize out of the box BMC ITSM modules • Worked on Integration between BMC ITSM and external system using WS, Rest APIs • Handson experience in developing services and workflows in BMC Digital Workplace. • Hands-on experience on CMDB common data model and asset management. • Hands-on experience on creation and managing Normalization and Reconciliation • Hands-on experience on CMDB On-boarding activities for new applications and CIs • Hands-on experience on common integration tools or middleware (e.g., BMC Atrium Integrator, Atrium Spoon and SOAP/REST APIs) used to synchronize n Premises environment • Good to have experience in designing dashboard and KPIs in BMC Helix Dashboard ITSM/Businedata with the CMDB. • Troubleshooting and system tuning. • Hands-on experience on SaaS and Oss Workflows: • Strong experience in administering and configuring BMC ITSM modules Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management, Service Level Management. • Hands-on experience with BMC Helix Business Workflows, including designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes. • Experience in integrating BMC Helix Business Workflows with other systems • Strong development skills and able to develop new application on AR system or Innovation suite and customize out of the box BMC ITSM modules • Configuration of DWP Catalogs with Fulfilment as BWF case. • A good understanding of troubleshooting and multi layered application is required. • Experienced in designing dashboard and KPIs in BMC Helix Dashboard.
