BMC Helix Operation Management 8+ years hands on experience in Implementing / Administering and configuring BHOM. Should have good communication and customer interaction skills. Should have extensive expertise in Implementation\High Level and Low-Level Design Documentation of BHOM. Install and configure the BMC Helix Operation Management platform, including components and integrations. Experience in integrating with AD / SSO and configuring Role based access control. Implementation knowledge on Dynamic Service Modelling. Experience with BHOM Intelligent Integrations in ingesting metrics, events, and topology data from multiple sources (Dynatrace, Datadog, Solarwinds, AppDynanics, vRops). Experience in configuring event correlation strategies between multiple 3rd party tools (AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Splunk etc). Extensive knowledge on Service-centric monitoring (Monitor infrastructure from end to end, including views of business service). Experience in developing and applying event deduplication and suppression techniques. Experience in integrating with ticketing tool (ServiceNow, BMC Helix ITSM etc). Role: Helix Admin Experience: 6 - 10 Years Location: Anywhere in India Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description: Support the existing ITSM processes that are in place from the legacy system and will make recommendations on how to improve those processes in BMC Helix . Support the ITSM Team Leads in day-to-day tasks in quality assurance, delivering contract deliverables, and reporting. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions for process design and BMC Helix workflow supporting the process, specifically for Request, Incident, and Knowledge Management . Ensure the appropriate inputs/outputs are being produced across all processes and are captured in BMC Helix. Serve as liaison between process and technical operations teams to capture workflow requirements.
