Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Cloud & Datacenter Expertise: Manage and support cloud-based and on-premise datacenter environments, with a focus on Atlassian tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. 2. Project & Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, quality assurance, and alignment with client expectations. 3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 56 technical professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 4. Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. 5. Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain custom scripts, JQL queries, and automation workflows to enhance platform functionality and efficiency. 6. Plugin Management: Configure, customize, and support Atlassian plugins such as Qmetry, EazyBI, and Script Runner to meet business requirements. 7. Reporting & Analytics: Utilize tools like EazyBI and custom dashboards to provide actionable insights and performance metrics to stakeholders. 8. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence and promote knowledge sharing within the team and across departments. 9. Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred candidate profile Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management • Strong background in development and delivery management • Proficiency in scripting, JQL, and plugin development • Hands-on experience with Qmetry, EazyBI, ScriptRunner, and other Atlassian plugins • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams • Experience in client-facing roles and managing deliverables • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Interested candidates please share your resumes on pooja.solanki@parseq.com
