Job Summary

Highly skilled Blockchain Developer with 8+ years of experience in building Web3 applications, exchanges (DEX & CEX), token ecosystems, and decentralised finance protocols. Expertise spans public blockchains (EVM, Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot), wallet technologies (MPC, custody, multi-chain), and DeFi infrastructure. Adept at designing secure, scalable blockchain platforms for trading, tokenisation, staking, and cross-chain interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for tokens, staking, and liquidity systems

Architect DEXs, CEXs, and hybrid trading platforms including AMMs, order books, aggregators, and matching engines.

Build multi-chain wallet solutions with MPC, custody, and cross-chain asset management.

Launch and manage tokens, stablecoins, NFTs and tokenized RWAs.

Integrate payment gateways, fiat on/off-ramps, liquidity providers, KYC/AML, and compliance modules.

Implement scaling and interoperability solutions.

Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable blockchain architectures.

Core Skills:

Smart Contracts & Protocols: Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle.

Public Blockchains: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Solana.

Exchange Development: CEX (matching engines, order books, derivatives).

DeFi & Tokenization: Staking, farming, tokenomics, stablecoins, NFTs, RWA tokenization.

Wallets & Security: Web3 wallets, MPC, custody solutions, key management, cryptography.

Infrastructure: Node operations, RPC management, cloud-native blockchain deployments (AWS/GCP).
