Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute bitumen sales strategies in assigned territories.
  • Identify and onboard traders, channel partners, and bulk buyers as per business plans.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Understand market pricing, payment terms, and contract structures to optimize profitability.
  • Drive secondary sales and channel incentive schemes aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer behavior.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • B.E./B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Civil); MBA preferred.
  • 510 years of experience in

    Bitumen, Petroleum products, or Specialty Chemicals

    .
  • Proven experience in

    B2B/channel sales

    and managing dealer/trader networks.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
