Field Sales Executives

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure complete geographic coverage of the assigned area.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Participate in promotional activities, product demos, and customer engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with

    1 or 2 years of experience

    in

    field sales

    (

    medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Comfortable with

    extensive travel and field work.
