Job Description

High Incentive Potential:

dynamic and well-presented Sales Executive

The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys networking, and can confidently represent premium solutions to high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, and PMCs.
Actively generate leads through networking, references, exhibitions, and market research.
Track project opportunities and maintain a structured pipeline.
Coordinate with internal technical and estimation teams for proposal preparation.
Present proposals, follow up with clients, and drive closure of deals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and client presentations to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Background in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Business is a plus but not mandatory.
26 years of
B2B sales / business development / client relationship
experience preferably in premium products, construction materials, real estate, interiors, or related sectors.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Confident, well-groomed, and able to engage with senior professionals.
Strong follow-up discipline and organized work style.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Travel and communication allowances as per company policy
