Job Description

Billing Engineer

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed
quantity take-offs
from drawings and verify actual site measurements.
Prepare, check, and
submit running and final bills
for clients and subcontractors.
Coordinate with
project and site teams
in both Chennai and Hyderabad for data collection and verification.
Maintain complete billing documentation, drawings, and measurement sheets.
Track
material reconciliation and cost control
for each project.
Prepare
monthly progress and cost reports
for management.
Support internal project teams in resolving billing-related queries and variations.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
38 years of experience in
quantity surveying and billing
(preferably in landscape, swimming pool, or MEP works).
Proficient in
Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity measurement from drawings.
Excellent in documentation and communication.
Willing to
travel regularly between Chennai and Hyderabad.
