Job Description

Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Stock Management

  • Maintain

    accurate records

    of all inward and outward materials.
  • Prepare

    GRN, Material Issue Notes, Delivery Challans

    .
  • Ensure

    proper stacking, tagging, and identification

    of materials.
  • Manage

    minimum and maximum stock levels

    and re-order requirements.
  • Handle

    returnable and non-returnable materials

    efficiently.
  • Conduct

    weekly and monthly stock verifications

    and reconciliations.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate

    dispatches to multiple project sites

    .
  • Verify dispatch documentation (

    invoice, e-way bill, LR, challan

    ).
  • Track

    transit and acknowledgment

    of delivered materials.
  • Coordinate with

    transporters and site engineers

    for timely movement.

3. Capital Goods & Equipment

  • Maintain register for

    tools, machinery, and capital goods

    issued to site teams.
  • Track

    usage, return, maintenance, calibration, and AMC schedules

    .
  • Coordinate with service vendors for

    repairs and preventive maintenance

    .

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare

    daily / weekly / monthly stock & dispatch reports

    .
  • Update and maintain digital records through

    Excel / ERP system

    .
  • Coordinate with

    Procurement, Accounts, and Project teams

    for indents and material requirements.
  • Support management during

    annual audits and stock reconciliation

    .

5. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow

    HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

    norms in store operations.
  • Ensure

    proper housekeeping, labeling, and fire safety compliance

    .
  • Support documentation for

    ISO / internal audits

    when required.
