Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities1. Product Demonstration

• Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of the Vein Viewer Veineux AR100.
• Explain device features, clinical applications, and advantages to nurses, doctors, and procurement teams.
• Provide hands-on training on proper usage, handling, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate use on live models or simulation setups as required.

2. Installation & Commissioning

• Install and configure the device at customer sites.
• Verify correct operation after installation.
• Provide orientation training to end users.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Address customer queries regarding operation, performance, or safety.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with service engineers for advanced issues.
• Report field issues to the technical/quality team for analysis.

4. Customer Training & Education

• Conduct refresher training sessions and periodic follow-ups.
• Prepare user manuals, demonstration videos, or educational materials if required.
• Maintain detailed records of demonstrations, trainings, and feedback.

5. Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist the sales team with product presentations during hospital visits.
• Participate in medical exhibitions, workshops, CME programs, and tenders.
• Highlight the clinical value and benefits of the Vein Viewer AR100 to support sales goals.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain demonstration logs, customer interaction reports, and training records.
• Provide timely reports to management on demo performance and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 15/12/2025
