Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute

  bioinformatics workflows

  for

  RNA-seq

  ,

  whole genome

  single-cell sequencing

  data.
• Perform

  data QC

  alignment

  variant calling

  ,

  differential expression

  , and

  pathway analysis

  .
• Integrate multi-omics data (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic) for biomarker and target discovery.
• Utilize tools such as

  STAR

  ,

  HISAT2

  Bowtie2

  ,

  Salmon

  ,

  DESeq2

  ,

  EdgeR

  ,

  GATK

  , or similar pipelines.
• Collaborate with biologists, data scientists, and software engineers to interpret and visualize data.

• Contribute to the design of new experiments, data interpretation, and publication-quality reporting.
• Stay updated with advances in sequencing technologies, algorithms, and computational tools.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in

  Bioinformatics

  Bioengineering

  Computer Science

  , or a related field.

• 2–5+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  NGS data analysis

  , especially

  RNA-seq

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  , and Linux-based environments.
• Experience with public bioinformatics databases (e.g., Ensembl, NCBI, GEO, TCGA).
• Familiarity with

  cloud computing

  environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and

  containerization

  (Docker/Singularity).
• Good understanding of molecular biology and genomics concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with

  data.
• Knowledge of

  machine learning

  AI-driven analytics

  for biological data.
• Familiarity with
