Bioinformatics Engineer (Nextflow)

This is a chance to join a highly skilled team of bioinformaticians, data scientists, and engineers who are transforming how scientific insights are delivered through advanced informatics solutions.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and optimising Nextflow pipelines that power large-scale genomics and imaging projects, directly supporting research that leads to better, faster, and more effective treatments for patients worldwide.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8–10 years’ experience in bioinformatics, data engineering, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in building Nextflow (DSL2) pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Batch, or related services).
• Familiarity with multi-omics or imaging data analysis is highly desirable.
• A solid foundation in bioinformatics, computational biology, or life sciences.
