Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Specialist located in South Delhi. The Billing Specialist will handle sales & purchases, process invoices, and maintain up-to-date records for all billing-related activities. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, coordinating with teams for timely payments, and providing support for accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Billing Process, Sales & Purchases, Invoicing, Inventory Management, and Accounting.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and financial documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with billing software and tools is a plus. (MARG Software and Tally Software expertise)
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
