Billing Manager

You will be responsible for accurate billing, rate analysis, and cost control within design and build projects at Zyeta. Your main responsibilities will include: - Verification of Bills - Preparation of accurate and timely invoices - Collaboration with project teams to resolve billing discrepancies - Performing rate analysis for construction materials, labour, and services - Monitoring project costs and expenditures - Analyzing cost trends and deviations from project budgets - Maintaining records of billing, rate analysis, and cost control activities - Collaborating with procurement, designers, and vendor management teams - Assisting in monitoring project budgets and adherence to financial plans - Conducting regular site visits to verify project progress - Developing and implementing an auditing framework for billing accuracy Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Procurement, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in billing, rate analysis, and cost control within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of billing processes, rate analysis techniques, and financial management - Proficiency in construction software and tools - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Additionally, Zyeta offers an engaging work culture, freedom with responsibility, an innovative work environment that encourages creativity, opportunities for growth and learning, and a collaborative and supportive team culture that values your strengths and expertise.,
